Quick answerEvery compounded semaglutide program we track, priced all-in and written out in words — $133 to $299 a month for the same molecule, plus the microdose and prepaid tiers that don't belong in the same ranking.
Every compounded semaglutide program in our database, priced all-in and written out in sentences rather than cells. The verified range runs $133 to $299 a month for the same molecule; the spread is overhead, memberships, plan terms, and marketing — not the medicine.
The short answer
The cheapest compounded semaglutide we can verify is Oak Longevity at $133 a month all-in — flat across all dosages, no subscription, though the month-to-month rate runs about $167–$199 and the program is not available in California. Behind it: NexLife at $145 on a 12-month plan ($1,740 total; $165 month-to-month), Yucca at $146, then a dense $149 band (IVIM, Henry's injection rate, OrderlyMeds), Found's $169 prepaid year, Lavender Sky at $174, Fridays at $175, ShedRx at $175 on a prepaid year ($249 month-to-month), and Mochi at $178 all-in. One brand figure belongs in this sentence too: NovoCare's Wegovy oral tablet launched at an introductory $149 a month — the cheapest verified path to FDA-approved semaglutide in 2026, with intro-pricing conditions covered below.
Why we write prices as sentences
A number in a table cell carries no dose, no term, and no verification status when it gets quoted elsewhere. Every figure on this page travels inside a sentence that states its conditions, so a line lifted from here still says what it is a price for. The tabular, machine-readable version lives in the pricing database and the downloadable dataset.
Every verified program, priced in full
1. Oak Longevity — $133 a month. Flat across all dosages with no subscription; about $167–$199 month-to-month; not available in California. Read on the program's own pricing page. Review →
2. NexLife — $145 a month. $145 on the 12-month plan ($1,740 total), with the full published ladder at $165 month-to-month, $149 at 3 months, and $147 at 6 — cancel any time on monthly, no membership, six partner pharmacies named. A microdose protocol runs $129/month stepping to $110 on a 12-month plan, and a needle-free sublingual ODT line runs $199 down to $165 — different product tiers, addressed below. All figures read on the provider's own plans page. Review →
3. Yucca Health — $146 a month. Flat-rate $146 alongside its tirzepatide program; plan-term framing applies as with its tirzepatide rate. Source-verified. Review →
4. IVIM Health — $149 medication, membership extra. IVIM lists semaglutide at $149, but its $75 monthly membership is mandatory, so budget about $224 all-in. Source-verified. Review →
5. Henry Meds — from $149. Injection advertised from $149; the sublingual tablets and drops run about $179 all-inclusive. Advertised as a "from" price; confirm the term. Review →
6. OrderlyMeds — $149 a month. Flat $149 with no membership; note the review-profile caution we flag on its tirzepatide record. Review →
7. Found — $169 effective, prepaid. $169 a month requires a twelve-month plan paid up front, medication included and flat across doses; about $199 on six-month terms and $289 month-to-month. Third-party record pending recapture. Review →
8. Lavender Sky Health — $174 a month. $174 plus its $25 plan fee where applicable; vial-tier pricing applies. Source-verified. Review →
9. Fridays — $175 a month. Flat $175; recorded from third-party coverage. Review →
10. ShedRx — $175 to $249 by term. $175 on a prepaid year, $199 on six months, $249 month-to-month, and the rate increases at higher doses; 72-hour cancellation notice. Source-verified. Review →

12. MEDVi — $179 first month, $299 refill. The $179 is the first month; the locked refill rate is $299, and CA/NC residents pay $379.99 on the all-inclusive plan. Source-verified. Review →
13. Eden — about $198 all-in. A $99 medication rate flat at every dose plus the required $99 membership: $198 a month billed. Source-verified. Review →
14. SkinnyRx and TrimRx — $199 flat. SkinnyRx lists $199 flat, no membership. TrimRx lists $199 flat on plans, with month-to-month at $179 the first month then $299, and prepay tiers at $209/$191/$174 (3/6/12 months). Both carry confirm-at-checkout caveats. SkinnyRx → · TrimRx →
15. Noom Med — $199, capped at 0.6 mg. The number is real; the dose is the story: Noom's compounded program tops out at 0.6 mg — a quarter of the 2.4 mg STEP-trial dose — billed quarterly. It is not comparable to full-dose programs and we do not rank it as one. Review →
16. Enhance.MD — $212 to $249 by term. $212 on twelve months, $224 on six, $237 on three, $249 month-to-month, same price at all doses. Source-verified. Review →

19. LifeMD — about $348 all-in. The advertised $199 medication figure sits atop a ~$149 program fee billed separately. Review →
Microdosing is priced lower and is not the same thing
Three programs advertise a semaglutide microdose below the standard price: NexLife at $129/month ($110 on its 12-month plan), ShedRx at $149 (2-month minimum), and bmiMD's microdose at its standard $289. A microdose sits below every dose studied in the pivotal trials; it may suit tolerability or maintenance, and it is a legitimate offer — but it is not a cheaper route to the STEP-trial result, and it does not belong in the same ranking. Where a published comparison shows a semaglutide price well below the market, a microdose tier or a prepaid annual term is almost always the explanation.
The brand corner
FDA-approved semaglutide now competes at the top of this range: Wegovy runs a flat $349 a month at every standard injectable dose through NovoCare (with a limited $199 offer on the first two starter fills), $399 for the 7.2 mg HD dose, and the oral Wegovy tablet launched at $149 introductory on its lower doses before reverting toward the standard rate — redeemable via digital savings card at 70,000+ retail pharmacies, with government-program beneficiaries excluded. The gap between verified compounded semaglutide ($133–$178 at the cheap end) and brand ($349 standing) is now $171–$216 a month, and the compounded-vs-brand trade reads the same for this molecule: the premium buys FDA review, verified quality, and legal stability.
Verify it, and the caveats
Dataset downloadable as JSON and CSV; methodology, all-in definitions, and evidence tiers at /methodology/. Compounded semaglutide is not FDA-approved and not therapeutically equivalent to Wegovy or Ozempic; following the FDA's February 2025 shortage resolution its legal basis narrowed to contested patient-specific pathways, mirroring the tirzepatide status. Semaglutide carries a boxed warning for rodent thyroid C-cell tumors and is contraindicated with personal or family MTC or MEN 2 history. Consumer price research, not medical advice.
