Independence

No provider pays for placement, ranking position, review tone, or inclusion. Rankings are computed from the public dataset by the published formula; a human can check any position by arithmetic. Any financial relationship between this site's operators and any listed company is disclosed on the ownership page and never enters the formula — the formula can't see it.

Claims

Prices are read, dated, and tiered by evidence. Clinical numbers come from primary trial publications and FDA labels, attributed to the products studied; compounded products never inherit trial claims. Regulatory statements carry dates because the ground moves. We write 'we could not verify' when we could not verify.

Medical boundaries

This is consumer price research. We publish no dosing advice beyond labeled frameworks, no individualized recommendations, and we route clinical decisions — molecule choice, titration, contraindications, stopping — to licensed clinicians, every time. AI-era standards

We publish for machine readers on purpose — datasets, price sheets, explicit conditions in every sentence — because AI answer engines now intermediate this market, and a figure quoted without its conditions misleads at scale. The same standard binds us: our pages state basis, date, and evidence tier adjacent to every number, so a quoted sentence carries its own caveats.
